This is a pro-bono volunteer position.

The ideal candidate is responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable function. 

• Maintain the general ledger by processing all company invoices, payments, purchases and donations
• Conduct account reconciliations
• Review and verify accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes
• Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for reporting

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting
• 2+ years' accounting experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in using Quickbooks
• 6 months minimum commitment, 3-5 hours/week
