JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls.

The Data Collection Team Lead  is responsible for coordinating the research, collection and organization information related to schools, colleges or corporations into spreadsheets and databases

• Interview candidates for data collection and decide who to onboard

• Create Tasks assigned to volunteers in Jira

• Assign tasks with clear instructions to the volunteers

• Monitor progress of the data collection

• Provide Quality Control of the data and feedback

• Ability to hold/attend weekday meetings twice a week  during Lunch break 12pm-1pm EST with data collection volunteers.

• Genuine concern about/interest in solving the STEM education gender gap
• Resourceful, can-do attitude
• Familiarity with web browsers and google and google sheets
• Experience managing others
