JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls.

The Staff Analytics Team member will analyze data, ensure data accuracy and generate insights through GAT+ reporting to optimize staff performance and workforce planning and enhance organizational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

• Collect and analyze data related to staff performance, productivity, and engagement.
• Assist in developing and maintaining workforce planning models.
• Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Staff Analytics Team Lead to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Participate in data-driven projects and provide data support to various departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and using analytical and visualization tools like Excel, SQL, , Tableau, and Google Looker Studio
• Experience in auditing a G-Suite environment using GAT+ to generate reports for various departments.
• Familiarity with workforce planning concepts and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Good communication skills to present findings and insights effectively.
