Overview

The Mentor Program is a ten session course that provides the next generation of leaders with the skills, experience and networks necessary to launch a strong career after college. Mentors will serve as positive non-judgemental role models for students, guiding them as they navigate challenging social networks and providing support as they learn the skills for strong job attainment. Sessions will help mentees set attainable goals as well as provide them with the resources to achieve their aspirations.
