This is a pro-bono Unpaid volunteer position.   JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls.   The Internship Program Manager will oversee the internship program within JerseySTEM. This position has the opportunity to support the interns that join us for 1-6 months across JerseySTEM’s departments and teams. You will also have the opportunity to bring creative ideas to develop and streamline processes associated with the internship program. Many of our interns are in their F1-Optional Practical Training period, as Federal Work Study grantees or other programs.

As an Azure Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our web hosting infrastructure, WordPress sites, SFTP, MS SQL databases, and Gitlab hosting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Azure technologies, with a focus on Azure Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, and Azure.

The candidate will have demonstrated expertise and application of Agile methodologies, techniques and frameworks, a successful track record of driving and facilitating teams, commitment to continuous learning and mindset of relentless improvement. 

The Fundraising Lead role involves planning and executing fundraising initiatives, collaborating across departments, and reporting to [insert name/position]. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to spot fundraising opportunities, and managing campaigns to support JerseySTEM's mission.

This is a pro-bono volunteer position.   JerseySTEM is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to offering innovative opportunities and bridging the gender gap in STEM education for children in New Jersey’s underserved communities. We are dedicated to partnering with local schools, parents, and educators to create and enhance STEM-oriented educational opportunities for students in grades 5-8 as part of their paths towards college and career readiness. We provide free after-school, project-based, and hands-on structured programs in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

This is a pro-bono volunteer position that plays a vital role in managing and optimizing our Google Workspace environment, ensuring seamless digital operations for our organization.

JerseySTEM provides free after school STEM classes to underserved middle school girls grade 5-8.   We are seeking a dedicated Flexible Tech Support Volunteer to play a pivotal role in helping new volunteers acclimate to our digital ecosystem. In this volunteer position, you will provide initial orientation sessions to new team members, introducing them to the tools we use at JerseySTEM, including Google Workplace, Slack Pro, and Jira.
